Concert Review Assignment

Minimum Length: 150 words

The Review

• Choose a point of view.  You may write your review from the perspective of an audience member or a participant, not both.  Said another way, you may choose to review your band’s performance or the band whose performance you observed.
• Choose one or two aspects of the concert to comment on.

1. Which selection intrigued you the most?  Explain what it was about that music that intrigued you.
2. If there was a selection that you did not enjoy, why didn’t you enjoy it?
3. What was your opinion about the performer’s presentation of the music?
4. Was the concert a success or failure?  Explain why you came to your conclusion?
